We pay the full cost of this comprehensive coverage. Employees who wish to enroll their dependents and significant other may do so and GeoEngineers will pay 45% of those costs.

Disability Benefits
Long-term disability benefits are provided by the company with the option of purchasing supplemental short-term disability.
Long Term Care
Employees are provided, by the company, a comprehensive long term care plan. Employees also have the option of purchasing additional coverage for themselves and dependents.
Life Insurance
Term life insurance coverage is provided to GeoEngineers employees with the option of purchasing additional life insurance for themselves or their dependents.

This plan provides employees or immediate family information on topics ranging from legal or financial issues to parenting or personal issues.
Vacation
Regular employees accrue vacation based on length of employment. Credit is given to prior experience when considering length of employment.
Sick Leave
Regular employees will accrue sick leave each year and are allowed to use the time as needed as soon as it is accrued.
Holidays
We recognize eight paid holidays per year.
