We encourage professional development through professional registration, professional society activities, outside education and attendance at conventions and conferences or continuing education.
The SEED program helps employees advance in their careers, emphasizing their individual potential and leadership. We have a series of on-the-job technical training programs, project management training, and senior level leadership programs designed to assist our staff in their development.
GeoEngineers is also committed to your continuing education. Employees are eligible for tuition assistance for career related courses.
This program provides a way to obtain guidance alternatives from the traditional supervisor-staff relationship. The mentoring program promotes a culture in which GeoEngineers’ staff teaches and advocates for one another. This formal program enables skill development and growth that will add value to each employee, both professionally and personally.
