I found this article from AZoBuilding.com very innovative: "New Building Material to Improve Concrete Infrastructure."
Why demo and replace infrastructure when a new concrete technique provides high performance and longevity at a lower cost, using less materials? Talk about innovation. And with something as basic as cement!
