Venu likes solving mysteries and says that geotechnical engineering is full of them. He explains, “Soil is taken for granted as something that has been there for millions of years. However, the concept of managing soil to suit our requirements is relatively young. We at GeoEngineers excel in this management.”

At GeoEngineers Venu works mainly on coastal projects with state and federal agency clients. “I find it exciting to know that we make a difference, especially on the Louisiana coast. Protecting and restoring the coast is challenging, especially with the soft soils in this part of the country.”

GeoEngineers has the right recipe for success, in Venu’s view, with its distinctive mix of safety, talent, experience, employees, projects, clients and community service. Venu enjoys spending his leisure time with his family. He is also a connoisseur of fine food and drink and likes to play golf and card games, especially spades.
