In this role, he leads all finance-related aspects of GeoEngineers’ strategic growth plan, with a focus on financially healthy growth, reduced risk, and long-term shareholder value. Seth partners closely with leadership and operational teams to ensure the firm’s financial strategy supports sustainable performance and continued investment in people, clients, and communities.
Seth brings deep experience at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. Over the course of his career, he has worked extensively alongside engineers and technical professionals, helping organizations translate strong technical capabilities into scalable, resilient businesses. He specializes in driving strategic growth, improving financial sustainability, and implementing operational improvements that enhance long-term business value.
Seth was drawn to GeoEngineers by the opportunity to support a highly skilled, values-driven organization. As he explains, “A majority of my career has been spent working as a partner to engineers of all types, and GeoEngineers represents an opportunity for me to help a very talented team increase its positive impact across the country and globally.” He was also attracted by the firm’s strong market presence and collaborative culture, and he is enthusiastic about helping guide GeoEngineers through its next phase of growth.
Looking ahead, Seth’s goal is “to become part of an exceptional GeoEngineers team, and help drive increasing value for our clients, employees and shareholders.” He approaches his role with a long-term perspective, focused on aligning financial performance with the firm’s mission and employee-owned structure.
Outside of work, Seth enjoys cooking both familiar favorites and new dishes—often paired with the perfect wine—along with casual squash matches and sailing in the San Juan Islands. He also spends time exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and son, cheering on the Huskies and Seahawks, and fitting in the occasional ski trip or round of golf.
