Recruiter

As a recruiter, you’ll be a strategic partner for our business and a strong ambassador of our brand. You’ll drive sourcing strategies and guide hiring managers and candidates through our selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting and maintaining excellent relationships with managers, candidates, and the community at large. You must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours on a full-time basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Consult and coach hiring managers on recruiting strategies, timelines, and best practices; develop and deliver interview training as needed.
  • Support immigration-related recruiting activities in alignment with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Partner with managers and staff on university outreach efforts to help source and connect with emerging talent.
  • Build pipelines for current and future business needs by leveraging market knowledge, candidate relationships, and community networks.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, trust-building, and problem-solving.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, to include managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships among geographically dispersed, virtual teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven success in sourcing and attracting top talent for both immediate and long-term needs.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and decisive action orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; able to build trust at all levels.
  • High professional integrity and accountability 

Our best estimate of the salary range for this position, located in Seattle and Redmond, WA is $71,200 – $104,100. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. GeoEngineers’ salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance. As part of our competitive total rewards package, employees in this role may also be eligible for our annual year-end bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
