The American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Washington confirmed Dan Campbell as board chair for the 2018-2019 fiscal year at their recent spring conference. Dan has been an active member of the chapter for more than 20 years and is pleased to take on leadership of the board. Board members are elected to one-year terms, and Dan follows in the well-qualified footsteps of Kathy Cox-Czosnyka of Jacobs Engineering Group, the 2017-2018 board chair.
“ACEC is the go-to industry association for the business of engineering education and advocacy for our profession,” says Campbell. “I’m proud to follow in the footsteps of GeoEngineers icons Jack Tuttle and Jim Miller who also previously led ACEC Washington.”
