The Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber gave GeoEngineers a WorkWell Award in the transportation category. Each year, the chamber uses these awards to recognize local employers committed to creating healthy working environments. GeoEngineers received this WorkWell Award for commitment to healthy commuting programs.
Many of GeoEngineers’ Tacoma staff bike to work regularly, and the firm’s corporate support for initiatives like Bike Month is an important way of showing commitment to the health and wellness of staff. The award will be presented at the WorkWell Healthy Workplace Awards on February 8.
