Meet Jane, our enthusiastic “Junior Talent Sniffer” and part-time “Canine Culture Coordinator” in the HR department. Jane works closely with her best friend, Rachel Hansen, making sure every new hire feels welcomed, and thoroughly sniff-checked, before joining the team.
Jane’s career at GeoEngineers began after a humble start as the smallest pup in her litter. Rescued as a curious little ball of fur, she quickly caught up in size… and then just kept growing! Her trademark “antenna ears” are always swiveling, ready to pick up on the latest office gossip or the sound of someone unwrapping a snack.
In true recruiter fashion, Jane has a knack for making personal connections. She’ll glide between your legs when she’s feeling excited, shy, or just wants to say hello from her safe space. And if you’re not giving her the attention she deserves, you’ll be sure to hear it—Jane’s famous “scream yawns” are the HR-approved way to let you know she’s bored.
Outside of her official duties, Jane enjoys fetch, bossing other dogs around, and holding in-depth “conversations” where she tilts her head back and forth to make sure you know she’s listening. She’s also an expert-level cuddler and has mastered the art of stealing your spot on the couch in hopes you’ll sit next to her when you return.
When she’s not working the room or managing office culture, Jane can be found gazing out the window at passing dogs, birds, and squirrels—dreaming of her next big snack break. Her top menu picks? Chicken and popcorn, of course.
