Justin Garner has been leading GeoEngineers’ marketing and business development efforts in Louisiana and across the Gulf South since joining the firm in 2023. With more than a decade of marketing, communications, and sales experience, Justin knows that people are at the heart of our business. Every project we take on is built on relationships and mutual trust, and Justin is happy to make the introductions.
“I have always lived in the middle of marketing and sales/business development,” Justin says. “I enjoy creating exciting campaigns that resonate with and positively impact communities.”
In addition to creative campaigns, Justin plans and attends professional conferences and networking events, produces compelling proposals and qualification packages, and coordinates our competitive pursuits with industry partners.
Before GeoEngineers, Justin served as the Marketing Media Manager for an AEC firm, where he led creative efforts, managed various marketing campaigns, and orchestrated sponsorships, tradeshows, conferences, and client events. The decision to join GeoEngineers was prompted by the firm’s employee ownership model and by Justin’s desire to make a real impact in his community. Projects like GeoEngineers’ Louisiana coastal restoration work are making a lasting difference in people’s lives, and Justin is proud to contribute to those efforts.
“I get to play a part in changing the region’s landscape through innovation and science,” Justin says. “As a marketer, I love when projects, clients, and solutions all come together to create a positive outcome.”
Outside of work, Justin’s love of the arts is well known. He is also a self-described “techie” and avid gamer.
