As a marketing coordinator in our Spokane office, Madisyn supports marketing and business development efforts by helping technical teams craft compelling proposals, build strong client relationships, and communicate the value of their work clearly and effectively. “At the core, it’s about helping people understand our work and build strong connections both inside and outside of the company,” she says.
Madisyn brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work—one rooted in authentic communication and relationship building. “When you care about how your work—and your words—make others feel, you create a space for trust and meaningful relationships,” she explains. Her passion for connection has already made her a valuable member of GeoEngineers’ marketing team.
Before joining GeoEngineers, Madisyn gained experience across several industries. While earning her degree from Washington State University, she worked at the university’s IT Service Desk and later interned as a front-end developer with General Motors Financial. After graduation, she joined The Coeur d’Alene Resort as a Marketing Specialist before making the transition to AEC marketing with GeoEngineers. She graduated in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Digital Technology and Culture and a minor in Fine Arts.
Now early in her career, Madisyn is eager to grow. “I want to become a proposal pro,” she says. “Proposals are challenging, and understanding them is huge for helping the engineers succeed.” She’s also excited to build lasting connections in the AEC community and learn from the experienced professionals around her.
Outside of work, Madisyn describes herself as a hobbyist—with a long list of interests to prove it. She’s an avid runner, lifting enthusiast, stained glass artist, and part-time photographer. She loves backpacking with her fiancé, making travel videos, and spoiling her Golden Retriever and German Shepherd with plenty of treats—and even more games of fetch.
