On any given day, our Seattle staff might be bouncing between fieldwork, client meetings, professional events, and preparing reports and deliverables. Sarah holds it all together and supports our team so they can do their best work. She provides office administration, writing and editing support, event planning, and operational leadership to keep our team humming.

“I am the point person who people can count on and rely on to get things done,” Sarah says. “I love to make people’s day and their workflow easier.”

Sarah is a people expert. Her varied background includes executive-level administrative support, non-profit HR, media production, international adventure tourism, outdoor industry retail, and hospitality and sales in the wine industry. Each role gave her a unique perspective on how to understand, work with, and support different types of people.

“At the end of the day, my experience in hospitality is what informs how I approach my colleagues and partners; everyone is a guest and someone you can surprise and delight.”

As the owner of a wine bar pop-up business (Pass the Matches) and an enthusiastic connoisseur, Sarah also enjoys delighting people with wine! Sarah is a WSET Level 3 Award in Wine candidate and a Certified Specialist of Wine candidate, and she is always happy to taste and talk wine with anyone who is interested. When she’s not studying or pouring wine, you might find Sarah at a show, reading and listening to KEXP, snuggling her cat, or planning her next international adventure.
